We roast in small batches — never more than 30 kilograms at a time. Each batch is cupped, evaluated, and adjusted. Our goal is not consistency in the industrial sense, but consistency in quality: every roast should capture the unique character of its origin.
Our roastery in Portland is open for tours every Saturday. Guests can watch the roasting process, participate in a cupping session, and purchase freshly roasted beans to take home.
